Nonna Chicca Apartment
The apartment, just completed, has two double bedrooms, a large living room with sofa bed and a kitchen area, two bathrooms and it can reach 7 beds. It is located inside the Casa Nonna Carlotta, on the ground of the parking and, above the common tavern. There is an external staircase to reach the garden, the pool and the hot tub.

The apartment includes the entire first floor of the house of Nonna Carlotta (about 100sqm) and there is a private terraces with iron table with glass top where you can have a panoramic view . Inside a large room with kitchen area, dining area and fireplace but convertible in a double bedroom with two sofa beds. A corridor leads to two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi) and two bedrooms, one double and the other one with twin beds. From the terrace, a staircase leads to the garden and then to the pool.
